**Assembler - Irving, Tx** **$21 - 1st Shift** **Job Description** The Service Technician will receive daily work instructions and work orders that will guide their tasks for the day. This role involves preparing trailers and units for delivery, maintaining units and furniture, loading and unloading furniture, and utilizing hand and power tools for repairs and servicing. **Responsibilities** + Prepare trailers and units for delivery. + Maintain units and furniture. + Load and unload furniture onto the units. + Utilize hand and power tools to make repairs and service units. + Perform basic grounds maintenance. + Maintain high attention to detail and document work throughout the day. + Diagnose and troubleshoot issues. + Report issues promptly. + Maintain a safety mindset throughout the day. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and assembly. + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Experience in carpentry. + Ability to load and handle equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 - 3 years of construction work experience + Mechanically inclined. + Ability to read and interpret work orders. + Detail-oriented. + Ability to lift 50lbs or more. + Steel toe boots required. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with performance reviews leading to potential pay increases. The working hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional work until 5 PM or on Saturdays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
