The role involves working on buildings, including flooring, framing, roof checks, and frame inspections. A construction background is highly advantageous.
ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repair tasks on building structures, including flooring and framing.Conduct roof checks and frame inspections to ensure structural integrity.Repair and tear down the interior and exterior of trailers in the shop yard.Work primarily outdoors, focusing on tasks such as repairing roofs, axles, interior walls, and ceilings.Utilize hand and power tools for various construction and repair tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in construction and general labor tasks.Experience with hand and power tools.Ability to perform installation and teardown tasks.Skill in carpentry, drywall hanging, and flooring.Competence in cleaning and landscaping work.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to use hand tools and perform simple math with tape measures.Effective communication skills in English.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position offers day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, or 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with no night shifts. Work is primarily conducted outdoors in the shop yard, ensuring a consistent work location. In rare cases, Saturday work may be required with prior notice.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
