Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description

We are seeking skilled Service Technicians to construct and assemble temporary office units typically found at construction sites. You will be responsible for building the entire unit and setting up furniture and other items as per client specifications.

ResponsibilitiesConstruct temporary office units from start to finish.Assemble and install desks, chairs, and other furniture inside the units.Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.Work primarily indoors in a facility, with occasional outdoor assignments.Apply framing, carpentry, and construction skills to build units.Leverage HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience if available, understanding these skills may not be used daily.Essential SkillsExperience with hand tools and power tools.Background in construction, framing, and carpentry.Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as required.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is advantageous but not mandatory.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work primarily in a covered indoor facility (85% of the time) with occasional outdoor tasks (15%). The area is clean and organized. Working hours are typically Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with potential for extended hours during mandatory overtime. Employees may work up to 50 hours weekly when understaffed, reducing to around 45 hours once fully staffed. Dress code includes work clothes such as jeans, t-shirts, and steel-toed shoes, with PPE provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
