**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** The Service Technician will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of manual and automatic doors with or without direct onsite supervision. **Responsibilities** + Install and service manual and automatic doors. + Maintain company-owned equipment. + Collaborate effectively in a team environment with other service team members. + Observe all safety rules and best practices. + Participate in on-call rotation schedule for emergency service calls, involving one week per month with on-call pay. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Electrical and mechanical knowledge. + Troubleshooting and assembly skills. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. + Field service and preventive maintenance expertise. + Experience with hydraulics. + 2-3 years of experience as a door technician preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma. + Low voltage electrical experience. + Current and valid US driver's license preferred. + At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. + Willingness to learn and work well within a team environment. + Ability to read and use a measuring tape, level, and other required tools for installation. + Excellent interpersonal skills. + Flexibility to work a varied schedule when required to meet customer needs, including nights, weekends, and overnight. + Comfort with heights, such as working on a ladder or using an aerial man-lift. + Solid organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills. **Why Work Here?** Experience the dynamic culture of a small company while benefiting from the resources and advantages of a large parent company.
