Job Description
Candidate will be traveling around Atlanta to client sites to service, fix, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on currency equipment, Slot Machines, ATMs, software, and specialized currency products located at client sites in the Atlanta area. There are ample opportunities for career growth and moving into a management position down the line.
ResponsibilitiesService, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on company equipment, slot machines, ATM's, and currency equipment.Travel by vehicle daily to client sites.Work with branch employees to satisfy client needs.Address customer service requests within the specified contract response time.Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the company-issued vehicle, including scheduled service intervals.Safeguard any company-issued assets, such as a tablet computer and mobile phone.Perform all other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsImpeccable integrity and ability to gain access to highly secured environments.Strong electromechanical aptitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a positive attitude.Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread own work.Proficient in iOS, MS Office applications, and Windows OS.Personable, approachable, and able to work easily with others at all levels.Excellent 'customer first' communication skills.Extroverted and positive personality even in challenging situations.Strong ability to read and respond to body language and verbal cues.Tenacity and creativity to handle difficult assignments.Exceptionally well-organized and able to prioritize work.Ability to set and track personal goals.Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive team player with the ability to follow through on assignments independently.Commitment to meeting project deadlines.Additional Skills & Qualifications1 to 3+ years of experience in a technical service/repair position or equivalent technical schooling.Knowledge of using basic hand tools.Ability to use multimeters for voltage testing.High school diploma or GED required.Additional years of experience in service/repair are a plus.College degree in a technical field or vocational schooling is a plus.Military experience (Army, Navy, Marines, etc.) is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position involves 70% travel on the road from client to client. The role is primarily onsite at client facilities, with occasional remote work and periodic travel to the corporate office for training. The job requires lifting, pushing, or carrying a minimum of 50 pounds,

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
