Service Support Coordinator

3+ years of related experience within service coordinating or customer service Customer service orientationMS Office Proficient Effective communication skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyAbility to multitask

Work Environment

This position is fully remote with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a team of nine, working alongside members located across the United States. The company offers a supportive culture with leadership that encourages growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in contracts, working with internal teams as necessary.Maintain comprehensive documentation of all contract agreements, amendments, and related correspondence.Handle a high volume of customer interactions. One person could answer up to 100 calls a day. Create and document service tickets based on customer needs and route them to dispatch.Provide customers with accurate ETAs for technician visits upon request.Gather all relevant machine/issue details to ensure dispatch has complete and accurate information.Deliver a professional, customer‑focused experience on every interaction.Collaborate with team leads and peers to ensure consistent service levels.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Prospect, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $24.03/hr.
