Service & Repair Administrator/Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer care Schedule and book clients Coordinate and manage technicians Prepare and manage job cards Obtain pricing from suppliers Handle invoicing on Pastel Prepare quotations Additional Requirements:
Must be willing to be on standby over weekends with the company cellphone to coordinate technicians when required  
Ideal Candidate:
Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience in sales and service environments Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good communication and problem-solving skills
