As a Product & Transformation Associate within the Product & Transformation team, you play a pivotal role in supporting business growth and delivering outstanding client and employee experiences. You will collaborate with colleagues across regions, helping to develop smarter, more efficient processes that make a tangible difference. Job responsibilitiesExecute product adoption and expansion initiatives through data analysis and retentionParticipate in regular meetings and maintain accurate notes to ensure effective executionInvestigate and resolve customer issues promptly and efficientlyTrack and analyze key metrics to measure project successCommunicate achievements and system enhancements to stakeholdersDevelop and maintain supporting materials for customer onboarding and adoptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiencesOrganize technical solutions for data analysis and reportingCreate presentations and formal communications for senior stakeholdersEngage with users to understand support processes and identify improvement opportunitiesNetwork and influence change through in-person and virtual interactionsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills2+ years of experience in customer success  Strong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in technology and data systems, with a willingness to learn new toolsDemonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilitiesExperience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with project management, product development, or transformation initiativesFamiliarity with tools such as Pitchpro, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, Excel, or AlteryxExposure to AI/ML automation technology and large language modelsAbility to create impactful presentations and formal communicationsExperience supporting global teams or stakeholders across multiple regionsKnowledge of customer onboarding and adoption processes
