What You’ll DoRespond to service calls, diagnose issues quickly, and present solutions that close.Install and repair plumbing fixtures, water heaters (gas, electric, tankless), disposals, softeners, and more.Perform drain and sewer cleaning in residential and commercial environments.Maintain clean job sites, collect payments, and deliver exceptional customer service.What You BringJourneyman plumbing license + 5+ years of service plumbing experience.Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.Proven ability to sell services and build trust with customers.Valid driver’s license.We Help You Level UpCompany‑paid 12‑week training program.Company‑provided van, phone, tablet, and major tools (bring your basic hand tools).Support for Backflow, OSHA‑10, and excavation certification.Why This Job PaysWeekly pay + separate commission structure.$0.70/mile reimbursement — mileage paid from home.Earnings range from $60,000–$200,000+ depending on performance.Referral bonuses: 3% commission + $25 per positive Google review.Overtime paid at 1.5× weekly production.Work EnvironmentResidential and commercial service plumbing.1st‑shift schedule — 8‑hour days between 7 AM and 8 PM.On‑the‑road role with daily dispatch — clock in from your driveway.Job Type & Location
