**Job Title: Service Plumber** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Service Plumber to join our team and provide exceptional service in servicing boilers and gas hookups within commercial buildings in NYC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the 'Service and Repair' side, as opposed to the 'Construction' side, and possess strong problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities** + Service boilers and gas hookups within commercial buildings in NYC. + Work within the Plumbing Code and Boiler Code to ensure compliance. + Perform performance testing and service tasks on plumbing systems. + Repair plumbing and boilers in buildings ranging from 6 to 60 stories. + Provide excellent customer service, interacting with dispatchers and maintenance managers. + Work on 10-200 horsepower boilers and understand NYC Boiler Codes. **Essential Skills** + Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR. + 5+ years of experience as a Plumber or Boiler Technician. + Experience in the 'Service Side' of plumbing and boiler repair. + Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. + Familiarity with NYC Plumbing and Boiler Codes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + F-60 Certificate of Fitness (preferred). + G-60 Certificate of Fitness (preferred). + OSHA 30 certification. + SST 10 certification. + Limited Gas Work Qualification (plus). **Why Work Here?** We value our employees as our number one priority and offer long-term employment opportunities. Start your day at our shop in Glendale, Queens, or head directly to project sites. You will need to supply hand tools, while power tools are provided. The standard workweek is Monday to Friday, 40 hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a willingness to work overtime as required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, NY. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $36.00/hr.
