**SERVICE PLUMBER** **Description:** If you're a licensed plumber with service experience and strong diagnostic skills, then this is the position for you! We are seeking Service Plumbers to join our team and handle a variety of plumbing emergencies, installations, and maintenance tasks. The company is looking for plumbers to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible! **Responsibilities:** + Handle plumbing emergencies and perform maintenance and repairs. + Install pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and water heaters. + Diagnose leaks and plumbing issues, and provide customers with solution options. + Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations. + Collaborate with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated service projects. + Communicate clearly with customers to explain work being performed. **Essential Skills:** + 1+ year of experience as a service plumber with sales experience. + Proficiency in plumbing diagnostics, piping, drainage, and fixture installation. + Skilled in using hand and power tools. + Familiarity with re-pipes, re-drains, leak detection, and water heater repair. + Valid plumbing license and driver’s license. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Service Titan knowledge is a plus. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or crawlspaces. **Work Environment:** Work Monday–Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with rotating on-call weekends.
