Job Description
As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing commercial plumbing equipment. You will work on a variety of systems, including water lines, sewer lines, toilets, sinks, drains, HVAC piping, and flush valves.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain, repair, and replace commercial plumbing equipment.Work with water lines, sewer lines, toilets, sinks, drains, HVAC piping, and flush valves.Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure proper installation of new lines and pipes.Troubleshoot plumbing systems to identify leaks and determine necessary repairs or replacements.Handle and install small washers, nuts, O-rings, and gaskets with dexterity and eye-hand coordination.Essential Skills5+ years of commercial or industrial service plumbing experience.Valid plumbing license.Proficiency in plumbing, mechanical service, and maintenance.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.Strong troubleshooting skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred to have a nice to the person card.Experience in soldering.Familiarity with piping, water heater, drainage, and installation.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role involves working in commercial and industrial properties such as schools, offices, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call duties every six weeks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
