Job Description
The Service Parts Analyst plays a critical role in supporting vehicle launch readiness by managing the creation, maintenance, and release of service parts across multiple vehicle programs. This position ensures timely and accurate part setup using various internal systems and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues impacting service part availability and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and release service parts to meet vehicle launch timing requirements.Manage high-volume part setups (8,000–10,000 annually) and changes (2,000–2,500 annually) based on Change Notices (CN).Utilize internal systems to ensure accurate part setup and tracking, including TeamCenter, SBOM/EBOM, WebCN, EMEA PDF, Fiat Systems (CSPS, ePER), and Internal Qlik.Support various vehicle change categories such as New, Platform Variant (P/V), Mid-Cycle Action (MCA), and Carry Over (C/O).Escalate issues promptly to supervisors and participate in regular checkpoint reviews.Track progress using internal dashboards and communicate status updates effectively.Essential Skills
High school diploma.3+ years of experience in automotive service parts or as an automotive technician.Computer proficiency with Windows, Google, and Microsoft Office.Experience working in a team environment.Problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of parts experience.Development of organizational service products.Familiarity with Bills of Materials.Common service part practices and methodologies.Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Vehicle systems technical knowledge.Microsoft Suite competency.Project management experience.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.78/hr.
