Your day at NTT DATA
The Service Now Developer is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for consulting with internal clients about the software technology environment with medium to high complexity.

This role translates business requirements into technology terms and develops more complex algorithms and programming code for software solutions.

The primary objective of the DevOps Engineer is to design, test, implement and maintain software code that enables computer systems to perform specific tasks and assists with determining how technology can be applied to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Practice Managers to understand detailed business and user requirements and align technical solutions with program goals.

Assist in preparing technical requirement documents, including system diagrams and flowcharts illustrating data and process flows after proposed system changes.Analyze business requirements to ensure the designed ServiceNow solution meets functional, technical, and operational expectations.Perform proof‑of‑concept (POC) activities when needed to validate solution feasibility.Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive system design documentation focusing on how the required functionality will be implemented.Develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including:

Must Haves:

Worked as ServiceNow developer for at least 3+ years recentlyWorked on multiple modules but not limited to ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, ITAM etc.,Preferred someone with CSA, CAD or any of CIS certifications but not mandatory
