As a Service Manager, you’ll be a leader in a high-performance culture. You’ll put your proven leadership skills to work in developing and motivating your team to deliver top-notch service to every customer. You’ll blend industry knowledge with interpersonal skills to demonstrate how to earn customer trust with know-how and empathy. In addition to supporting the growth and success of the business, you’ll lend a hand with community service projects that improver where you live and work.
You will…
Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training
Motivate the service team to consistently provide world-class service
Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team
Train and develop SHS Pest Control Technicians through hands-on management
Lead training meetings
Oversee technician ride-along and coaching programs
Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, recommended solutions, and consistent delivery of outstanding service
Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiency and productivity

Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
Sales experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clientsWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
