Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the Implements service strategy and drives service growth at the respective unit level. Leads Service and engineering organizations and be responsible for projects overall engineering, execution, customer satisfaction, first technical point of contact and to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Lead Automation and Electrical projects Design, Engineering, Documentation and executionExecute himself, lead team and partners to respond to customer service requests, Service contracts.Creates and drives implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.Ensures that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses. Interpreting customer specifications, requirements and applications to design / develop / troubleshoot / test / implement appropriate hardware and software solutions for automation / electrical jobs by applying standard design concepts, topologies, protocols, programming tools andlibraries.Create BOQ, support Supply Chain Management for specifications, procurement and delivery.Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.Willing to travel & lead site execution in UAE and Middle East region License to Operate / Core ValuesResponsible for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations in their own area of responsibility.Shows personal commitment to HSE by conducting sustainability observation tours consistently.
Collaboration / LeadershipBuilds sustainable customer relationships to ensure growth, satisfaction, and retention of customers together with sales.Supports Sales resources in customer meetings. Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect reports.Improves service availability, provides training, and develops capabilities and competencies.
