Branch Service Manager Reports To: Branch Operations Manager The Branch Service Manager will lead, train and mentor service technicians by working as a supportive leader while leveraging all Crane 1’s support resources. This is a demanding, 'hands-on', position that requires a person with the ability to prioritize and complete service job activities in a safe and efficient manner. It is a fast-paced work environment that requires completing jobs on time and within budget. Branch Service Manager Role & Responsibilities Answers all service calls for breakdowns and service repairs. Manages and gives direction for field resource allocation, manpower and scheduling. Attends daily huddle with branch team to align on daily objectives to meet weekly/monthly goals. Maintains strong relationships with current customers by providing exceptional customer service. Train, support and mentor service technicians perform their daily job tasks. Manages job execution and performance on all jobs completed at the branch. Attends weekly production meetings with status of open jobs to complete. Conducts site safety audits ensuring all safety procedures are being followed in the field. Ensure all equipment safety inspections are completed every month/quarter. Branch Service Manager Requirements KNOWLEDGE: A minimum of (2) + years of proven experience or related Service Management experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field is preferred.
