Job Description One of our top home service clients is looking for a Service Manager to join and help lead a team. The Service Manager oversees daily plumbing service operations, ensuring high‑quality work, code compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role leads technicians, manages scheduling and dispatch, supports troubleshooting efforts, and drives operational efficiency. The Service Manager ensures safety standards are met, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates with leadership to improve service processes and team performance.
