CentiMark offers a full complement of new and replacement roof systems including single-ply EPDM rubber, single-ply thermoplastics, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, metal roofing, spray polyurethane foam and roof maintenance coatings.

We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Service Manager for the Baton Rouge, LA area.

We are looking for a self-starter, with a high level of professional integrity, good work ethic and a strong competitive drive.The ideal candidate must possess the following abilities and knowledge to be successful in this position:

Job Responsibilities Schedule and manage service crews for leak repairsInspect roofs and provide estimates and provide follow-up with customers (heavy customer contact)Selling repair workCalling on customersProviding proposalsServicing customer needsResponsible for management/growth of service department
Job Qualifications5 years roofing/construction experience required 3 years of customer service experience required Previous sales experienceStrong communication/ writing skills Time management skills Good relationship building skills Excellent follow-up skillsAble to work on multiple tasksComputer proficient – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointValid drivers licenseExperience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC and/or SHINGLES a plus!
