Service Line Leaders are accountable for the performance, growth, and operational health of assigned service lines. In this role, you’ll translate strategy into action—driving improvements, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and standardizing best practices to deliver safe, efficient, high‑quality care and a seamless patient experience. You’ll bring teams together across the organization to prioritize and execute the initiatives that make the biggest impact across MDLIVE.
What you’ll do to make a difference:
Own day‑to‑day operations for your service line(s), balancing financial outcomes, quality, and patient/provider experience
Establish and run the operating cadence with dashboards, huddles, and weekly/quarterly reviews
Lead QBRs to align partners on performance, opportunities, and action plans
Partner with Analytics to define metrics, set targets, explain performance drivers, and turn insights into operational improvements
Represent your service line in enterprise initiatives and align with Evernorth and Care Delivery roadmaps
Reduce friction across the digital care journey, including eligibility, scheduling, payments, referrals, labs, and imaging
Collaborate with Network Ops to manage capacity, licensure coverage, and access goals
Partner with Medical Leadership, Nursing, Risk & Quality, and Analytics to drive provider performance and compliance
Monitor safety, quality, and performance indicators, leading remediation when needed
Support accreditation readiness and quality initiatives
Serve as the subject matter expert for your service line’s business continuity plan
Standardize workflows by authoring and maintaining clear operational and process standards that define “the MDLIVE way”
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
6+ years of experience in consulting, product management, software implementation, clinical operations, or clinical strategy
4+ years working with or supporting healthcare providers
Proven success leading complex, matrixed initiatives
Strong experience building and presenting business cases to senior leaders
Deep understanding of provider and payer performance metrics across quality, risk, access, and revenue operations
Familiarity with accreditation frameworks (e.g., NCQA) and clinical policy operations
Experience with Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, JIRA, and PowerPoint; basic SQL a plus
Willingness to travel approximately 10%

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 82,400 - 137,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
