Establish service operation processes and drive overall administrative efficiency.

2. Instrument Movement System Management & Center of customer excellence Operation / 장비 이동 시스템 관리 및 고객 엑셀런스 센터(CCE) 운영
Independent: Manage and optimize the new instrument movement system and logistics flow.
주도적 업무: 신규 장비 이동 시스템 및 물류 흐름을 관리하고 최적화합니다.
Instrument sales order monitoring to install on time
적기 설치를 위한 장비 판매 주문 모니터링
Confirmation on final installation and outbound date on ILM process
ILM 프로세스상의 최종 설치 및 출고 날짜 확인
GDC confirm and cartage arrangement with ZPK and preferred vendors
GDC 확인 및 ZPK 및 우선 협력사와의 운송 배차 조율
Check instrument movement list: ICD(Installation Confirmation Document) and TCD (Taking back Confirmation Document)

Used instrument inventory stock management according to asset book value.

Collaborate with service teams to manage and monitor CCE conditions effectively.

3. Budget and Vendor Management / 예산 및 업체 관리
Support budget execution monitoring and manage relationships/communications with external vendors.
예산 집행 모니터링을 지원하고 외부 업체와의 관계 및 커뮤니케이션을 관리합니다.
Support: Service vendor selection and management with Procurement
지원 업무: 구매팀과 협력하여 서비스 업체 선정 및 관리
Check compliance issues and communicate with L&C(Legal & Compliance)
컴플라이언스 이슈를 점검하고 법무 및 컴플라이언스(L&C) 부서와 소통합니다.
4. SAP SM (Service Management) Key User / SAP SM(서비스 관리) 키 유저
Act as an SAP SM Key User: manage system data integrity and implement business requirements.
SAP SM 키 유저로서 역할 수행: 시스템 데이터 무결성을 관리하고 비즈니스 요구사항을 구현합니다.
Initiate SAP functionalities: Installed base status

5. NFSS Service Back-Office / NFSS 서비스(CRM) 백오피스
Responsible for creating and managing INS(Installation Service) activity lists, and leading any additional INS-related processes.

6. Spare part Management support / 예비 부품 관리 지원
Monitoring Spare Part Related Processes

Internal communication spare part issues with stakeholders (Engineer and SCM)
