Job Title: Service Dispatcher

Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experienced Service Dispatcher with a background in parts inventory to join our growing team. This role involves dispatching service technicians and assisting with inventory management, while ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.

ResponsibilitiesDispatch service technicians to areas in Long Island, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Westchester.Assist the Service Manager in organizing work requests, completed work requests, charges, expenses, and inventory records.Monitor re-order levels and replenish inventory to maintain proper vehicle inventory levels.Assist the Service Manager with the inspection of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, tools, and machinery, and oversee general vehicle maintenance as needed.Schedule preventive maintenance on all HVAC/R equipment.Conduct follow-up calls to customers.Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and team members.Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork efficiently.Complete quotes for parts needed and distribute parts to service technicians.Essential Skills2+ years of commercial dispatch experience and parts management.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with dispatching software is a big plus.Basic Excel experience.Knowledge in customer service, HVAC, refrigeration, logistics, and data entry.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
