**You are:**
+ University graduate, preferably in IT or related field
+ Experienced in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 11, Windows Server 2016)
+ Familiar with Service Desk Systems, LAN/WAN, phone, and printing equipment
+ Skilled in resolving hardware/software technical issues
+ Comfortable with general IT administration tasks
+ A strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset
+ Capable of working under pressure and learning quickly
+ English speaker at intermediate level (written and spoken)
**With you we will:**
+ Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
+ Deliver corporate software support and troubleshoot user issues
+ Resolve technical problems with network infrastructure and related systems
+ Prepare technical documentation and user instructions according to standards
+ Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
+ Ensure proper setup of workstations, including new equipment and upgrades
+ Support meeting equipment setup and maintain asset inventory
+ Conduct IT inductions and assist in trainings
+ Perform standard software installation in accordance with Nestlé standards
