What we look for?

We are seeking a Service Desk Incident Analyst to participate in the Regulatory and Compliance technology team of a client from the banking sector.

High English level is required.

It is necessary to visit the client's offices in Malaga 3 days a week.

Mandatory requirements:

· 3 years of experience in Customer focused IT or Banking fields.

· Previous experience on Incident Management is preferable.

· Experience in dealing with customers and managing conference calls.

·  Knowledge of IT service management software and ITIL. 

· Experience with office 365 with Excel competence.

· Degree in a relevant subject.

· English level C1

Skills:

· Good communication skills and initiative. 

· Ability to collaborate with team members.

· Ability to work under pressure.

OTHER This is a 24x7 service. The candidate must be available to work afternoon and night shifts (Madrid time) and occasionally perform on-call duties.
