We are seeking a talented individual to join our Service Delivery team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Bogota. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This pivotal role partners closely with our US/CAN-based Service Delivery Practice leadership to drive operational excellence, align strategic initiatives with business goals, and elevate client service standards. What you can expect:
Lead and inspire the growing Bogotá Service Delivery Practice team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, client-centric service that meets business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with National, Zone, and Brokerage Service Delivery leaders to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence for all clients.
Partner with Service Delivery Leadership to align team performance with organizational goals, providing transparent reporting and insights on service delivery metrics.
Proactively identify and escalate operational challenges, ensuring workload balance and adherence to financial and service delivery guardrails.
Embed a culture of accountability and commercial focus across Administrative Assistant Support, Client and Broking Services, and Client Financial Management driving best-in-class service outcomes.
Utilize data-driven performance metrics to influence decision-making and optimize service delivery strategies.
Champion the adoption of innovative tools and process improvements that enhance efficiency and client value.

We will count on you to:
Develop and execute the operational strategy for the Bogotá Service Delivery Practice, aligned with Marsh’s broader business objectives.
Manage a large, diverse team, promoting collaboration, inclusion, and a high-performance culture.
Build strong partnerships with senior leaders across Zones, Risk Practices, and Specialties to support a unified, client-focused approach.
Strategize with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Change Management teams to enhance colleague experience and ensure adoption of new ways of working.
Oversee workload management, staffing capacity, and talent development to ensure optimal team performance and succession planning.
Deliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to support individual and team growth.
Lead onboarding and continuous training initiatives to ensure team proficiency in Marsh systems, client service standards, and industry best practices.
Stay abreast of firm-wide technological and process advancements, driving adoption and proficiency within the team.
Analyze performance data and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic solutions.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on team performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Monitor and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) related to service quality, cost, and operational efficiency, communicating results to stakeholders.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Proven senior leadership overseeing large client-facing teams or operational divisions, ideally within insurance or professional services.
Deep knowledge of the Marsh US and Canada business across geographies and insurance products, client relationship management, financial analysis, and project execution.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Spanish.
Expertise in developing KPIs, monitoring performance, and translating data into actionable insights.
