This global role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on operational GRC.** **What You'll Do:** + Data & Reporting: Conduct data analysis (including deep-dive root cause analysis), generate Management Information (MI), and prepare accurate and timely reports, highlighting critical information for key stakeholders. + Documentation & Communication: Create advanced-level MS Office documents (presentations, process flows), maintain document libraries, and support meeting preparation (agendas, research, and minutes). + Project Management & Process Improvement: Programme manage small-to-medium business projects and assess existing processes, reports, and documentation, proposing improvements and supporting implementation, governance, and ongoing management. + SharePoint Management: Design and maintain SharePoint Online site(s). + Ad-hoc Support: Assist the GRC function with various ad-hoc tasks as needed. **What You'll Need:** + Strong data analysis skills. + Fluent English. + Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel). + Experience in SharePoint design and maintenance. + Experience programme managing small to medium sized business projects. + Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to complete projects. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently with limited oversight. + Proactive and positive attitude with a calm and methodical approach to work. **We Offer:** + Remote role within Poland (with occasional visits – 3-4 times a month – to the Warsaw office required). + Opportunity to work with a global company in the facility management industry. + Professional development and growth opportunities. + Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, co-contribution towards a sports card, life insurance facilitation, and more. + A referral program that rewards you for successfully recommending a friend for a role.
