Our client, a leader in service coordination, is seeking a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join their team. As a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher, you will be part of the operations team supporting service delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service etiquette, strong clerical abilities, and high-volume data entry skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Service Coordinator / Dispatcher
**Location:** On-site, full-time in Corona, CA
**Pay Range:** $25 - $26 an hour
**Shift:** 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate service requests and dispatch technicians efficiently.
+ Manage high-volume data entry and scheduling tasks.
+ Provide exceptional customer service to clients and service technicians.
+ Answer phone calls and maintain clear communication with all parties.
+ Utilize knowledge of engines or generators to assist in service coordination.
+ Experience with **engines or generators** is a plus
**What's Needed?**
+ Background in service coordination or dispatching.
+ Strong clerical abilities, including answering phones and typing skills.
+ Excellent customer service etiquette.
+ Experience with high-volume data entry and scheduling.
+ Comfort in communicating with customers and service technicians.
