Service Coordinator
**Service Coordinator** **Description** Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc\. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf\-care equipment, and ground support equipment\. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands\. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves\. Textron Sweden AB \(part of Textron GSE\) is seeking a Service Coordinator to proactively and efficiently manage the daily resource allocation of Field Service Technicians, ensuring the needs of our customers are exceeded\. This office\-based role, located in Trelleborg, will also be responsible for handling spare parts, assisting customers with enquiries, and reporting on KPIs\. The Service Coordinator plays a critical part in delivering excellent service support to our customers and end users\. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming service requests, logging, prioritising, and tracking cases in internal systems\. + Provide timely, professional customer support and handle initial troubleshooting or queries\. + Escalate complex technical issues to Field Service Technicians or management as required\. + Schedule and coordinate reactive and planned service work, ensuring technician availability and required parts\. + Organise commissioning visits and customer training\. + Maintain an up\-to\-date schedule of planned jobs, technician availability, and service commitments\. + Prepare quotations for service work, including parts and labour, and assess warranty vs non\-warranty claims\. + Ensure service reports are completed and submitted by technicians\. + Maintain accurate records of service requests, warranty status, service history, and related documentation\.\. + Collaborate with customers, technicians, Finance, and other internal teams to support service delivery and invoicing\. + Prepare and distribute service\-related reports, including KPIs, maintenance data, and frequently serviced issues, and support forecasting for Aftersales and Service\. + Perform other reasonable tasks related to the efficient operation of the service department\. **Qualifications** + Experience in a service coordination, service administration, or customer support role is desirable\. + Experience working with technical products, spare parts, or aftersales environments is an advantage\. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications\. + Experience with ERP or service management systems \(e\.g\.
