Service Coordinator
Job Title: Service CoordinatorJob Description

Responsible for moderately complex planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources. This role also includes customer interaction, communication with Field Technician Supervisors, and coordination of jobs with Project Managers.

ResponsibilitiesSchedule personnel and dispatch technicians.Manage resources, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.Generate work orders and use job tracking systems.Communicate clearly in written and verbal forms.Interact with customers, Project Managers, and Field Technician Supervisors.Handle customer satisfaction and special requests.Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Utilize working knowledge of office equipment.Generate, interpret, and print reports.Follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.Resolve issues involving multiple variables in standardized situations.Perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret bar graphs.Be willing to work overtime and weekends.Possess a valid Driver’s License for occasional field visits.

Additional Skills & QualificationsExposure to HVAC systems and/or temperature controls.One-year certificate from a college or technical school.Experience handling customer concerns and satisfaction tracking.Experience reviewing project paperwork and forwarding to administrators.Experience in assigning team members to projects and coordinating with multiple departments.

The role is fully onsite, coordinating with different project teams and customers as needed. It requires flexibility for hybrid, remote, and onsite work depending on business needs. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellevue, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
