Service Coordinator
Job Title: Service CoordinatorJob Description As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in interfacing with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to coordinate customer property returns for paid repair or warranty processing and shipment. You will administer customer service programs, develop and implement proactive programs responsive to customer requirements, and coordinate investigations of complaints to achieve equitable solutions. You will work under general guidance and pursue initiatives to improve group effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction. Responsibilities + Manage repairs from customer/channel requests through delivery for designated locations. + Request and enter required information per written process to execute repairs. + Provide administrative support, data entry, and clerical tasks using Microsoft Office. + Manage repair priority with repair technicians to meet schedules and KPIs. + Lead problem resolution activities concerning capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnaround. + Complete repair orders including Service Orders, Sales Orders, and Service Notifications per process, ensuring invoices are accurate and sent to customers. + Support activities that meet KPIs such as delivery, revenue, safety, quality, and integrity required to successfully manage the business. + Run reports, review detailed datasets, and recommend process changes to improve KPI delivery. + Participate in or lead improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals. + Support other roles or tasks as requested. Essential Skills + Proficiency in customer service and administrative support. + Experience in data entry and clerical tasks. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. + Ability to manage repair priorities and lead problem resolution activities. + Capability to complete repair orders and ensure correct invoicing. + Experience in running reports and reviewing datasets to recommend improvements. + Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Demonstrated accomplishments in a related field. + Ability to work collaboratively with a team. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Work Environment The position is primarily in-office, requiring attendance five days a week with some opportunities for remote work if performance expectations are met. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
