\n\t\t\t\t\t- The Service Coordinator supports operational efficiency within the branch location by providing administrative assistance with a focus on customer service, responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through\n- Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, maintaining electronic and paper records, logs, and files related to branch operations\n- Create, track, and enter documentation, such as service agreements and expenses related to service calls into Enterprise Planning System (ERP)\n- Respond to customer and vendor requests and inquiries by phone and e-mail\n- Generate, distribute, and track customer invoices and credit memos\n- Assist with collecting unpaid invoices from customers\n- Serve as backup to service manager in the scheduling and dispatching of field service jobs\n- Manage record requests for audits and other inquires\n- Serve as backup for customers parts requests\n- Other tasks as needed or assigned

\n\t\t\t\t\tMinimum of a two-year degree or three years of relevant experience as listed below\n• Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative support role and one year of experience providing customer service in a customer facing role\n• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Outlook\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n• Excellent customer service skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
