Job Title: Service Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to provide administrative support and ensure smooth branch operations. The ideal candidate will maintain electronic and hard copy records, manage documentation, respond to customer and vendor inquiries, and assist with various administrative tasks.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain electronic and hard copy records, logs, and files related to branch operations.Create, track, and enter documentation, such as service agreements and expenses related to service calls into the Enterprise Planning System (ERP).Respond to customer and vendor requests and inquiries by phone and email.Generate, distribute, and track customer invoices and credit memos.Assist with collecting unpaid invoices from customers.Serve as backup to the service manager in the scheduling and dispatching of field service jobs.Manage records requests for audits and other inquiries.Serve as backup for customer parts requests.Perform other tasks as needed or assigned.Essential SkillsMinimum of two years' experience in an administrative support role.At least one year of experience providing customer service in a customer-facing role.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer service skills.Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsAttention to detail.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong organizational and time management skills. You will use Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Outlook, as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Flexibility in handling various administrative tasks and providing backup support is essential.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
