Service Contract and Quoting Specialist (Contract)
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Duration: 6-month contract
Position Overview
We’re looking for a Service Contract and Quoting Specialist to provide excellent service to our customers. You’ll handle quotes, answer questions, process orders, and make sure everything runs smoothly—all with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send accurate customer quotes
Answer and route customer calls promptly and professionally
Handle inbound inquiries and provide updates
Process orders and purchase requests with attention to detail
Keep organized records of customer interactions and transactions
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality
Perform other duties as needed to support the team
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
2+ years of experience in customer service, quoting, order entry, or administrative support (preferred)
Comfortable using Outlook, CRM, or ERP systems
