As a Service Center Support, you will be part of the support team responsible for repair logistics, inventory management, and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Service Center Support **Location:** North Hollywood, CA **Pay Range:** $23 **Shift:** **What's the Job?** + Safely move, pack, and unpack units—must be able to lift and handle boxes weighing 50+ lbs. + Scan, receive, and log repair units into tracking systems for complete traceability. + Receive incoming inventory, count warehouse stock accurately, and record all changes. + Clean Dysons thoroughly before returning them to customers, following Dyson’s quality standards. + Communicate repair status updates to customers in a friendly, clear manner. **What's Needed?** + Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly. + Comfortable using barcode scanners and basic tracking software. + Good attention to detail for inventory counts and records. + Clear spoken and written communication skills. + Team player—proactive, reliable, and flexible with duties.
