About the Role:

The Service Center Manager - Oil and Gas directs all activities and staff for technical field service programs for product installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and customization.
 

Additional Information:

Travel: 15-20% (could increase based on business demand)Sponsorship is not available for this positionThis role is based out of Lafayette, LouisianaThis position requires working onsite five days a week
 

What Will You Do:

Creates and manages field service infrastructure; establishes and maintains the training readiness of the organizationDirect, motivates and develops the team. Supports the culture and values of the organization. Facilitates smooth workflow; ensures high standards and quality of technical workDrives the development of work plans, budgets, schedules and evaluation criteria for field service activities, projects and personnelDesigns and prices field services to meet demand and both timing and financial targets; negotiates customized technical support agreements

Top Candidates Will Have:

Previous oil and gas or manufacturing operations experienceWorking knowledge of the current oil and gas market

Summary Pay Range:

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
