Responsibilities

Outbound and inbound customer phone callsResponding via email and phone to internet leadsDetermining each customers needs by asking the right questionsSetting appointments for the Service DepartmentEnsuring a positive customer experienceIntroducing customers to Service AdvisorsEntering customer information into the CRMAccurately scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and technician availabilityMaintaining strong attention to detail when updating customer records and service information

Qualifications

Customer focused, energetic, and self motivated individualsExperience in customer service or call center environmentsStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenBilingual Spanish is a plusExcellent computer skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailExperience with Volie, CDK, and XTime is a plusIndividuals who can address customer concerns promptly and professionally
