Job Description
The Service Associate will support the customer base by efficiently managing quote and order entry using the Epicor ERP system. The role requires maintaining high efficiency in quality and quantity of work. The Service Associate must be capable of elevating issues to Account Manager and Sales Management as needed, and engage in communication with customers and other departments, such as Production and Engineering, when necessary. Additionally, the Service Associate will review work instructions, participate in ongoing training activities, and perform other duties as assigned.
ResponsibilitiesSupport customer base with quote and order entry in Epicor ERP system.Maintain high efficiency in daily workload, focusing on quality and quantity.Elevate issues to Account Manager and Sales Management as necessary.Communicate with customers as needed, depending on platform and workload.Coordinate with departments such as Production and Engineering.Review and have knowledge of relevant work instructions.Attend ongoing training activities.Perform other job duties as assigned.Essential Skills1 to 2 years of customer service experience.Proficiency in MS Office and data entry skills.Attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsDetailed and focused with good organizational and planning skills.Ability to prioritize and understand the urgency of issues.Quick learner with an open personality.Strong English communication and people skills.Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite in Tukwila/Southcenter, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role offers exposure to the aerospace industry and involves collaboration within a large umbrella company.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
