Responsibilities The Opportunity in Mexico City We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service and Scheduling Analyst to join our Sales Operations Support team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between local sales teams in the United States and operational support systems. As part of the Service Maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing service requests, keeping field representatives’ schedules accurate, and ensuring service commitments are met on time. You will work closely with multiple teams across different time zones, support performance reporting, and help document and improve operational processes. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating across teams, and delivering high-quality service with precision and accountability. Your Impact Manage and resolve incoming service requests, ensuring accurate execution and timely responses. Coordinate the creation, updates, and cancellations of work schedules for field teams. Monitor request queues, identify potential delays or risks, and escalate issues when needed. Review and validate supporting documentation to ensure it meets operational and scheduling requirements. Prepare and deliver recurring reports on service performance, pending requests, and compliance indicators. Partner with regional stakeholders to clarify needs, align expectations, and ensure correct implementation of service changes. Support the documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of operational processes. Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving visibility, efficiency, and service quality. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Advanced English skills, both written and conversational, as this role supports teams based in the United States. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation. Clear and professional communication skills with a strong service-oriented mindset. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency. Preferred Qualifications Experience through internships, academic projects, or previous roles in service operations, support, or administrative functions. Exposure to workflow automation tools such as PowerApps or similar platforms. Understanding of service commitments, performance metrics, and operational follow-up. Ability to analyze structured data and validate it against business requirements.
