While completing walk-through, greet tenants with a smile and incur on how their day/building experience is going. + Assisting with arrival issues such as showing guests to the elevator and escorting visitors to the proper destination within the lobby. + Help to manage deliveries to the lobby/mail-room area. + Facilitating the acceptance of visitors with a friendly security staff member, while always ensuring that no unwanted guests gain access to the building.
