Who We're Looking For:
2-3+ years of previous Service Advisor experience, Mercedes-Benz experience preferredWell-versed in using CDK and XTIME (strongly preferred)Top-producer status in service department sales and grossConsistently high CSI and customer retention scoresStrong courteous and professional communication skillsProcess driven, detail-oriented with strong accountability and a sense of urgencySolid automotive service knowledge (technician background is a plus)Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceWhy Join Our Team?

Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technicianDevelop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductiblesWrite accurate, profitable, and complete repair orders based on both customer needs and technician recommendationsDeliver a premium luxury customer experience every dayPresent inspection results with confidence to close work, build value, and maximize customer payDrive strong customer pay labor per RO and gross performanceControl timelines, approvals, and expectationsMaintain exceptional CSI, retention, and revenue metricsExecute warranty and service processes with zero excusesWe offer best in class industry benefits:

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $56,630 to $154,512. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours.
