Service Administrator
Cummins is looking for a Service administrator to complete its service team in Ottawa, Ont. The successful candidate for this role will serve as first point of contact with our customers to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location. **In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:** + Serve as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers. + Assess customers needs and gathers pertinent information. + Create basic work orders in appropriate systems. + Provide some status updates to customers, as requested **Qualifications** A local driver's license verification will be required. **Responsibilities** **In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:** **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** + High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. + Local driver's license + This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Experience:** + Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. + Customer service experience is mandatory for this role. + Experience in similar field including automotive, agriculture, industrial equipment etc. considered an asset. + Must be comfortable working with different software (Microsoft suite, BMS, Field aware). **It’s also important that you:** + Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills. + Have a positive attitude. + Have a customer‑focused mindset. + Are bilingual (English/French)-this is a requirement for this role. + Have excellent communication and customer service skills + Are known to be a strong team player with a collaborative approach + Are able to assist the administrative team with administrative duties as required + Have strong abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment + Have strong attention to detail when entering and updating work orders. **About the role:** + Working hours are Monday-Friday 7h00am to 3h30pm + Position requires flexibility to work at both Ottawa locations. + This position will be a liaison with technicians, parts, and customers. + Salary starts at 64800$ annually-depending on experience. + This role is a backfill. + Cummins offers benefits day 1 (vision, dental, pension plan etc.) Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
