The Service Administrator will perform data entry and administrative tasks within VISTA for the service and inspection department. This role emerged due to positive changes within the team.
ResponsibilitiesUpdate information in VISTA on service sites, HQ contacts, and customer AR information.Upload inspection reports to Compliance Engine.Follow up on past due invoices.Process and send invoices in VISTA as directed.Process completed inspection and service reports.Maintain organized electronic and/or physical records of inspections and reports.Maintain service and inspection databases.Assist service management with reporting, metrics, and operational support.Provide administrative support to technicians and field supervisors as needed.Essential SkillsProficient with Microsoft Office.Experience in data entry and administrative duties.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the construction or services industry is a plus.Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.Work EnvironmentThe position is located in an older building, situated in the back with the Service & Inspection team in a cubicle setting. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with a business casual dress code, where jeans are acceptable. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
