Job Title: Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Server Test Engineer to lead and optimize server production operationsBS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in testing server hardwareFamiliar with x86 Intel server architecture and/or GPU Nvidia Arm-based technologyFamiliarity with server components like CPU, memory, BIOS/UEFI, BMC, PSU, motherboardDeep understanding of BIOS/UEFI and BMC validation, including Redfish, PLDM, IPMIProficiency with Tier 1 server OSes such as Windows Server, RHEL/SUSE, VMwareProven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issuesBasic skills in IP, routing, MAC address handling, and port troubleshootingAbility to configure PXE, DHCP, and other server servicesStrong verbal and written English skills; effective team collaborationUnderstanding of validation processes and test methodologiesResponsibilitiesThis role is critical to ensuring high-quality output, process efficiency, and alignmentConduct comprehensive testing and validation of server hardware componentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliabilityDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to global standardsIdentify, document, and track defects, and work with engineering teams to resolve issuesParticipate in design and specification reviewsAnalyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
