What You’ll Do

Greet guests with warmth and professionalismTake orders accurately and enter them into the POS systemServe food and beverages according to Hilton and Marcus standardsAnticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requestsMaintain clean, organized tables and dining areasCommunicate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth serviceResolve guest concerns when possible—or escalate to supervisors as neededSupport restaurant cleanliness and assist with restocking as needed

What You Bring

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is a plus—but not requiredFriendly, reliable, and team-oriented with strong communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using a Point of Sale (POS) system (training available)Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periodsAvailability to work weekends, early mornings, or evening shiftsEnglish proficiency (spoken and written) to support guests and follow instructions
