The Iconic Spencer's for Steak and Chops within the Hilton Seattle Airport is hiring for their next energetic server. Spencer's for Steak and Chops serves prime cuts of meat, fresh seafood, and a selection of the best wines from Washington State and around the world. We're open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 

The ideal candidate for this role will possess: 

A minimum of 1 year experience working in a full-service restaurant as a server 

The ability to work on weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. 

Flexibility and interest in cross-training with the F&B Department 

Shift Pattern: AM shifts starting around 5:30am 

Pay Rate: Starting probationary rate will be $17.13/hr and after 90 days rate will be $18.93/hr + applicable gratuities

As a server’s assistant you are responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. 

What will I be doing? 

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner 

Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials 

Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system 

Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner 

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service 

Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations 

Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
