The Milwaukee Milkmen are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Servers to join our game-day staff at Franklin Field in Franklin, WI. Servers play a key role in creating a fun and memorable fan experience by providing fast, friendly service while preparing and serving food and beverages during Milkmen home games and special events. Key Responsibilities + Prepare, serve, and sell food and beverages in the bays and suites. + Greet fans with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service + Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions using point-of-sale systems + Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, including food prep, service, and seating areas + Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations + Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed + Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy game-day environment + Assist with opening, closing, and post-event cleanup duties + Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members Qualifications + Must be at least 18 years old + Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Reliable, punctual, and professional + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs + Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Schedule & Availability + Must be available for Milwaukee Milkmen home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays + Additional shifts may be available for special events at Franklin Field
