What You’ll Do

Warmly greet guests, creating a welcoming guest experienceBuild rapport through casual conversation while providing attentive serviceOrchestrate dining experiences in alignment with our defined service standardsTake and enter accurate orders using a POS systemActively listen during guest interactions to anticipate needsShare menu knowledge by making menu recommendations and answering questions about food allergies and ingredientsGuide guests in beer and spirit selections while demonstrating strong wine knowledgeCoordinate with the kitchen to ensure order accuracy and timely serviceDeliver food and drinks with speed and a sense of urgencyFill and refill beverages, clear tables, and manage multiple tablesProcess payments accurately, including cash handling and credit/debit transactionsFollow instructions, procedures, and alcohol service guidelinesDemonstrate ownership of sidework and closing tasks to maintain cleanliness and organizationWork well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude

 


Your Background

At least 12 months serving experience in a full-service restaurantTeam player with strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environmentExperience with payment processing and basic math skillsDedicated, dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethicAdaptable, problem-solving mindset with consistent attention to detailPassion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and teamworkAbility to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twistMust be at least 18 years old
