SER Champion - Sales Coach

About the Role The SER Champion is a leadership role focused on driving Sales Lead Generation and ensuring sales metrics are consistently met. This position serves as a key advocate for the Lead Pass Program, providing frontline Experts with assistance, knowledge, and product updates to maximize performance and deliver exceptional results. Roles and Responsibilities + Drive sales performance through Blitzes, Team Huddles, Live Call Monitoring, and coaching sessions. + Manage incentives and assist in training programs, including Sales Certification. + Deliver product updates and knowledge sharing to frontline Experts. + Attend and present in Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs). + Execute the SER Playbook daily to drive KPIs and gather insights. + Present results, highlights, and initiatives to leadership and partner teams. Expectations + Act as the primary advocate for the Lead Pass Program, providing insights to Experts, Team Leads, and Partner Management. + Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. + Execute playbook activities consistently and report on outcomes effectively. Performance Metrics (Scorecard) SER Champions are accountable for driving key metrics, including: + Recommendation Panel Seen Rate + Customer Qualify Rate + Recommendation Rate + Lead Pass Rate + Total Lead Units Generated (tracked via Agent Dashboard and Salesforce) Qualifications + Proven experience in sales leadership or performance management roles. + Strong communication and coaching skills. + Ability to analyze performance data and present actionable insights. + Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
