SEO Manager (AEO/SEO & Media)
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a SEO Manager for a leading company in the Fintech space. We’re looking for a senior SEO leader to own our end‑to‑end search strategy across both traditional search engines (Google/Bing) and the emerging answer/generative engines ecosystem (AEO = Answer Engine Optimization; GEO = Generative Engine Optimization). You’ll pair deep technical SEO with content, analytics, and experimentation to grow high‑intent traffic and qualified conversions across our payments and fintech products. You’ll operate as a hands‑on strategist and builder—partnering with Product, Marketing, Web, and Compliance. We can pay $57-62hour. Skills and Requirements Strong experience in SEO for technical or developer‑centric products, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or APIs. Hands‑on experience with AEO/GEO, LLM search optimization, and semantic/structured content strategies. Prior use of Profound or similar analytics tools for AI search insights and strategy planning. Understanding of how GenAI models surface information, including entity relevance, prompt‑driven ranking, and knowledge‑graph‑based optimization. Ability to design and execute experiments improving content retrieval and ranking across both traditional and AI‑driven search. Exceptional analytical skills with comfort evaluating organic performance, content opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Strong partnership skills—capable of working closely with developers, technical writers, DevRel, and marketing teams. Experience working with or learning from world‑class SEO/AEO organizations (e.g., Stripe has many strong practitioners).
