The Sentinel Program, is seeking a **Principal or Senior Principal Scrum Master** to support the team in **Roy, UT** . Embark on a career putting innovative, reliable, and agile products and ideas into orbit, and beyond. **What You’ll Get To Do** **:** Acting as the Scrum Master across various product teams to support Agile development, governance, and execution to deliver and help the Aerospace Vehicle Equipment test execution teams. Selected Candidate will work closely with the Aerospace Vehicle Equipment Team in an integration capacity. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off._ **Job Qualifications BQs/You’ll Bring These Qualifications** **:** + Principal Scrum Master T03: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD + Sr Principal Scrum Master T04: 8 Years with Bachelors in Science; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD **Experience Required for both levels** **:** + Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.) + Experience with Agile and the Software Development Life Cycle + Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Jira Structure and Confluence) + Project Management Experience + Scrum master skillset + SQL/JQL Experience + EVMS Experience **Preferred Qualifications** **:** + Experience with Verification Cross Reference Matrices + Experience in using a requirements management tool, such as DOORS + Experience with Model-Based Engineering Tools + Experience developing and executing integrated hardware and software testing + Experience with IBM JAZZ + Experience with ICBMs or DoD programs + Experience with AF Test Directive 99-103 + Experience with entire product lifecycles, modeling, and engineering best practices **_\#Sentinelintandtest_** Primary Level Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $142,900.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
